Strip sheet packages
STRIP SHEET PACKAGES
Pre-manufactured strip sheet packages which are within the tolerances significantly simplify the assembly process. The individual sheets are thus flexibly bandaged with adhesive tape, baked into fixed packages with the help of a baked enamel lacquer or welded into packages by means of welding seams, depending on the intended use.
For strip sheet packages, the welding seams can be placed at freely determined positions on the exterior surfaces. The advantage of welded or baked strip sheet packages is that they can be wound directly. In comparison with welded packages, baked packages have better magnetic properties and higher package stability. However, the manufacturing costs are higher.
Welded, baked or bandaged packages can be supplied in the following dimensions:

When ordering sheet packages, the sheet dimensions, package height and desired package height tolerance must be provided. The following package height tolerances result for packages:
