EI, EE and ED small lamination cores and the ranges derived from them, such as UT sheets, are used in particular for the manufacturing of transmitters and throttles.

The small dimensions of these small lamination cores make them significantly more difficult to process. As a result, the normal range of types is almost completely superseded by small lamination cores with integrated latching mechanisms. Sheets in the UT range can be supplied with a precisely defined air gap and are therefore the ideal solution for throttles.
