STAMPING PLANT

Our automatic stamping machines work in three shift operation with up to 700 strokes per minute and are optimised for the use of progressive tools with carbide cutting parts. Stamped bent parts and formed parts are manufactured on Bihler automatic stamping and bending machines. 

In order to provide great quality for our customers, our machines and systems are constantly checked and improved. As a result, we can guarantee the best possible manufacturing results. State-of-the-art electronic punch-packing controls allow for the process-monitored manufacturing of punch-packed cores. 

All of our customers' requirements are handled with great care and attention. This applies for simple items as well as for technically challenging parts.
