LASER CUTTING "THE ALTERNATIVE" TO STAMPING TECHNOLOGY

LASER CUTTING DEPARTMENT

Laser cutting represents one of the most up-to-date forms of sheet processing and demonstrates process-specific advantages in comparison with other processes such as stamping.

For designers and developers, this manufacturing process offers new perspectives in the field of product development. Cut sheets have very high cut edge quality and, in contrast to stamped sheets, a right-angled cut edge. Since no tools are needed for manufacturing, small quantities can also be produced quickly, reliably and cost-effectively.

One of our core competences lies in the field of LASER CUTTING. With state-of-the-art laser and plant technology, we produce anything from single pieces to large batches for you.

Laser cutting facilities optimised for thin sheets

Equipped with multiple CO2 slab lasers and fibre lasers.

  • Max. cutting area of 1,250 x 2,500 mm
  • High cutting speed and processing precision for thin sheet cutting with tolerances of up to ± 0.03 mm
  • Sheet thicknesses: 0.1 - 2.0 mm, sheet and strip material

Challenging tasks for our customers are the order of the day for us. You will find a competent contact person and state-of-the-art technology with us for solving these problems. Use our wide-ranging knowledge and expertise for your success.
